Refund Policy

1. Applicability

This policy applies to CarrierFile subscriptions only.

2. Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime via Account → Billing or by emailing support@carrierfile.com.

4. Charge Timing

Cancel at least 72 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Access continues through the end of the paid period.

5. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Chargebacks may result in suspension or termination.

6. Discretionary Refunds

We may issue discretionary refunds for duplicate charges or prolonged outages. Such refunds are not guaranteed and do not set precedent.
